About James Bernard Frost

James Bernard Frost is the author of the novel World Leader Pretend, published by St. Martin’s Press, and the award-winning travel guide The Artichoke Trail. His fiction and non-fiction has been published in many places, including the San Francisco Examiner, the SF Bay Guardian, and Wired Online. Currently he administers and teaches online creative writing classes at the Basement Writing Workshop, and contributes to the popular lit blog The Nervous Breakdown. He lives in Portland, OR with his two children, the rain, and the trees.
