I am reading <i> Silent Spring - 40th anniversary edition </i> though and some of the facts around bio-accumulation of pesticides & concentration in fat (including milk & cheese) is giving me some impetus to reconsider.<br/><br/>I suppose the good news is that if you'reboth gaseous, no one needs to be exiled to the couch...I’ve gone vegetarian, and that’s as far as I’ll go for now… We’re not willing to give up the cheese.
