Sort of self-employed. Technically, I’m a salaried employee of a Limited Liability Corporation, which means some of my income comes from a pay check, which I get double-taxed on (bad), and some comes in the form a dividend, which does not get double-taxed. (good)

You should actually look into it–I don’t see why a real estate agent couldn’t incorporate.

Congratulations, I guess?

From my POV as a self-employed person, the crappiest part is having to pay both ends of social security. Man, it’s expensive, as I’m sure you’re only too aware. Yeesh.
